This first of its kind tech acceler-ator in partnership with Innospace in Beijing (part of Beijing Innoway).

Allan was previously the Chief Marketing Officer at HNA Rocket Space, Inc. (China), a joint venture between the HNA Group, one of the fastest growing private conglomerates in Chi-na and RocketSpace, Inc. (USA) (www.rocketspace.com), a Silicon Valley builder of Glob-al Tech Ecosystems which helped to grow tech unicorns such as UBER, Spotify and 19 other unicorn startups.

As CMO at this first of its kind cross boarder venture, Mr. Chou is in charge of setting up the marketing strategy and branding operation for the Global expansion of RocketSpace in China.”
